These mini-pastries have a soft textured buttery cream cheese pastry dough (not a puff pastry) made with imported French T45 flour and gently folded around a chocolate ganache filling.  Each pastry is individually wrapped and can be frozen for up to 3 months.  

When your package arrives, we suggest placing the boxes in the refrigerator and removing them 4 hours before serving to achieve room temperature. They will stay fresh refrigerated up to 10 days.
